Where are your products made?

Our products are made in small batches in coastal Connecticut with great pride and skill. Our employees love what they do and are empowered each day to create the absolute best products possible. We come to work inspired every day and we love to see our customers happy

Are your products cruelty free and vegan? 

Yes! Our products are never tested on animals, just on us and willing friends!

What are your candles made of? 

Floraco candles are formulated with clean industry standards. The combination of our high-quality raw materials, soy wax and pure cotton wicks ensure that our candles will perform for an extended period of time.

How long will my candle last?

Our 16 oz. candles have a burn time of 60-80 hours. They should only be burned for approximately 3‐4ours at  a time to maintain longevity. As wax reaches high temperatures the wax will burn faster and your candle's lifespan will be much shorter.

What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are consciously hand-crafted using non-gmo, natural vegetable wax grown in the United States. American grown soy wax is 100% natural and biodegradable. 

Our Wicks

We use all-natural cotton wicks. Cotton wicks provide a safe and clean burn for the space around you. It also helps reduce the black smoke from the candle that you might have experienced with other candles. 

Fragrances

Our coveted proprietary blends are a combination of therapeutic essential oils, that are always third party tested, plant extracts and cosmetic-grade fine fragrances. All our fragrance oils are cruelty-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and Prop 65-compliant. 

On what surfaces can I use the cleaner?

The Floraco Concentrate is a biodegradable, non-toxic all purpose cleaner. The concentrate is Ideal for most hard surfaces such as countertops, stainless steel, porcelain, chrome and plexiglass.

 

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING


What payment forms do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), along with ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal and ApplePay.

Where do you ship your products?

We ship to all 50 states in the US and we are working on accommodating affordable international shipping. Please check back periodically for updates or send us an email at customerservice@hellofloraco.com  

How quickly do orders ship?

We ship our products on Mondays and Thursdays. Please send us an email at customerservice@hellofloraco.com if there is a special circumstance and we will do our best to work with you on expediting your shipping. Once your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your order.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at customerservice@hellofloraco.com.

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email customerservice@hellofloraco.com and we will be happy to help resolve your issue.
